One business day turnaround after
receipt of Preliminary Report of Title; often within two hours. |

Four business day turnaround. This
includes the time to perform the title search (three days) and
issue the commitment (one day). |

Same day turnaround for those request
received prior to 3:00 p.m. |

| Final Policies: |
Two business day turnaround from
the time all requirements are met and all paperwork is received. |

delays or circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified
