Bobby joined VTC as its Agency Manager in May of 1996. Upon graduating from the College of William and Mary, he entered the management training program of a Richmond-area bank, eventually moving into commercial lending for eight years. Bobby provides overall management of the agency, as well as directing the company’s business development efforts. Bobby resides in Roanoke with his wife, and two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family — to include his son, daughter and son-in-law, working around the house, and exercise.
Patti joined VTC in March of 2013, most recently serving as the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for a regional bank. She has worked in the field of Marketing since graduating from James Madison University in 1985, to include serving as the Relocation Director of a regional real estate firm. In addition to overseeing the agency’s title and settlement operations, Patti is responsible for the development and implementation of a marketing communications plan — leveraging multiple channels and targeting key referral sources in the banking and real estate community — to achieve increased brand awareness and market share for VTC. She lives in Roanoke with her husband, daughter, and Yorkie. Patti enjoys gardening and exercise in her spare time.

Lisa joined VTC in August of 2013 returning to an office work environment after being a stay-at-home mom for 14 years. Lisa is a great team player as she provides settlement post closing support. Lisa and her husband, Greg, love living out away from city life with their 3 children, dog and 2 cats. Lisa stays busy running Kaitlin, Andrew, and John to all of their activities. She also enjoys leading women’s bible study, working with Generation 246 (youth group), gardening, reading and watching pro and college football, especially cheering on West Virginia University.

Nikki joined the VTC team in October of 2016. She brings three years of office experience providing a strong administrative background and support. Nikki is responsible for coordinating disbursements for our four remote offices, as well as additional post closing support. She is a graduate of Glenvar High School, and is currently attending community college working towards a Business Administrative degree. Nikki lives in Roanoke, which is about 20 minutes from where she grew up. When she isn’t traveling, she loves spending time with her friends and little dog, Josie.

Darin joined the VTC team in February 2016 as a document scanning specialist. Within months, Darin completed the necessary steps to become a licensed title underwriter. Darin has a background in a variety of industries, including hospitality, property management, as well as being a classically- trained chef. Darin is responsible for completing title underwriting for clients in Virginia. Darin has an amazing wife and two beautiful daughters to keep him busy when not in the office.
Gail has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years in many areas including title insurance, settlement/closing services and mortgage processing in the Roanoke Valley & New River Valley areas. Gail joined VTC in 2008 and served as the Operations Manager and Title Underwriter. In July 2015, Gail transitioned to a Settlement Processor where she is responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings. Gail takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. She resides in Roanoke with her son. In her spare time, Gail enjoys traveling, several forms of exercise & cooking.

Debbie has been a member of the VTC team since May of 1990, holding a degree in Economics from Radford University, and Paralegal certification from George Washington University. Prior to joining VTC, Debbie worked as a police officer with the US Capital Police in Washington, DC. Debbie is our certified commercial underwriter, works with on our aging premiums, attorney approvals, and assisting our clients with any other special needs they may have. Debbie resides in Roanoke with her husband and daughter, 2 dogs and cat. She enjoys traveling, scrapbooking and trips to the beach.

Nicole joined the VTC Settlement team in April 2013, after serving as a real estate paralegal for nearly 12 years with a prominent Waynesboro law firm. Nicole has extensive knowledge and professional experience interacting with a variety of Lenders, Realtors, Attorneys and clients. She is a graduate of Fort Defiance High School and attended Concord University and Blue Ridge Community College. Nicole is responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of residential and commercial closings. She lives in Churchville with her husband and two sons.
Pam joined VTC in 1997, and enjoys the variety and challenges of underwriting title insurance, especially construction loans. She serves as the VTC Mechanics’ Lien Agent liaison, handling all questions concerning the filing of Mechanics’ Lien Notices on construction loans. Pam resides in Roanoke with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending time with family, spoiling her daughter, and her nephews. As a member of the Parrotheads, she travels to enjoy Jimmy Buffett concerts and Key West, FL. Pam also enjoys reading, ballroom dancing. She volunteers at the League for Animal Protection, advocates for the positive image of the American Pit Bull Terrier, as well as fighting against animal cruelty and dog fighting.

Melody Marick joined the VTC team in March 2017 as a Settlement Processor and Closer where she is responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings. She has been in the industry for many years as a real estate paralegal, mortgage loan processor and a realtor. Melody’s knowledge and meticulous nature make the closing process a breeze. She is a native of the New River Valley and currently resides in Christiansburg with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with her family in her free time.
Kara started her career in the real estate industry in 2000, starting off as an abstractor before spending three years as a real estate legal assistant. From there, she spent time as a title insurance agent for Southern and Chicago Title, all in the Charlottesville, VA area. Kara’s move to the Valley brought her to VTC as a title insurance underwriter and settlement processor in the Staunton office. Kara and her husband currently reside in Waynesboro, VA. Kara enjoys travelling, and often spends her weekends where she once lived, Washington DC. She enjoys visiting local vineyards and learning about every aspect of wine making.
Dawn has worked in the real estate industry for 28 years in a variety of capacities. After obtaining her legal secretary certification, she proceeded into mortgage lending and, ultimately into settlement and closing services in the New River Valley. Dawn joined the VTC in January of 2017, and has worked with title underwriters, lenders and REALTORS® throughout her career. She is responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings. Dawn thrives on making sure the client is happy and informed during the closing process. She resides in Riner with her husband and their dog, Marley. Dawn enjoys traveling and spending time with her son, grandson and daughter-in-law.
Angie joined the VTC Team in January of 2019. She brings 15 years of real estate experience including settlements, processing and underwriting. Angie takes pride in giving the best service possible to her clients and establishing relationships with realtors and lenders. Angie has an office in Rocky Mount. She resides in the Snow Creek area of Franklin County with her husband, Ben and their 3 kids. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and making memories with her family.
Kathleen came on board at Virginia Title Center as a part-time teammate in 2016 after graduating from Roanoke College with a degree in Communications. She transitioned to her current role in January 2018. Kathleen is responsible for assisting with marketing and business development efforts, as well as providing a wide variety of office support. Kathleen and her husband enjoy hiking and attending concerts. .
Linda joined the VT Settlement team in January 2015 with 17 years experience providing real estate title underwriting and settlement services in the Staunton and Waynesboro markets. As a VTC Settlement Processor, Linda is responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with her three nieces. Linda is a native of Augusta County, where she resides with her husband, Mike. Together, they are in the process of renovating his family’s farm house.
Vicki has been a member of the VTC team since 2009. She has a strong background in mortgage and real estate settlement, working with a number of firms since her move to Roanoke in 1998. Vicki serves as a strong office support staff member and is responsible for ordering and coordinating title search requests. Vicki is married, has two step-children, and takes pride in spoiling her granddaughters. When not at VTC, Vicki enjoys riding motorcycles and exercising.
